Sofia Pernas has traveled the world since her birth at Fes at the border of Morocco. Though her mind was initially set toward reporting, Pernas' life took an unanticipated turn when she was approached by a fashion Scout and later by an acting agent, who set her career in motion. Her mother of Moroccan origin comes from Morocco as does her Spanish-born father who is from Spain. After being discovered the way she worked, her job was altered from journalist to modeling and acting.
