A body believed to belong to local rapper WizDaWizard was discovered on the morning of Friday March 29th in Hallandale Beach. About 8 a.m., officers discovered the body of a dead man inside the back yard of the house just north of the 6th Avenue and 10th Street. Social media posts claim the victim is rapper WizDaWizard. Hallandale Beach Police did not reveal the identity of the deceased and have not revealed the circumstances that led to his demise. However, the police department noted "unusual incident" surrounding the case. Officers from Hallandale Beach have Captain Megan Jones said that he was well-known throughout South Florida but due to transparency and proper communication with his family we will not reveal this information at the present time. NBC 6 reported that neighbors told them no one had lived in the house near the spot of death for several months. Police continue to look into the matter after the singer SpotemGottem who was shot dead while driving down I-95 was shot.
